Creedence Clearwater Revival was John Fogerty, Tom Fogerty, Stu Cook, and Doug Clifford—four guys, one simple yet devastatingly effective sound that rescued rock ‘n’ roll in the late 1960s, and continues to deliver us from mediocrity.
