This live recording of Fred Small was recorded at the Old Cambridge Baptist Church in Massachusetts in March, 1993. Small tackles such 'topical' issues as overpopulation, the Rodney King trial, gays in the armed forces, as well as evergreen subjects that are meaningful in any age -- the stress of contemporary urban life, respect for the environment, friendship, peace and love. Joining Fred is fiddler Johnny Cunningham and guitar and mandolin wiz, John McGann.
